What you buy

The build described on the package you chose, with the revisions it lists. Work outside that list is quoted to you before it starts, and nothing extra is charged without your yes. Delivery times on each package start when we have your logo, words and photos.

Paying

• Landing Page and Business Website are paid in full at checkout, with the US$100 domain and launch fee.
• Booking Website and Online Store are paid as a 50% deposit plus the US$100 domain and launch fee at checkout. The balance is invoiced at launch and is due within 14 days.
• The Advanced Build consult is US$250, paid at checkout. It is credited against the build if you go ahead with it.
• Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card through Stripe, or in USDC on Solana.

Refunds

• Cancelling a build before launch. We keep the deposit and refund the rest of what you paid. For Booking Website and Online Store, the deposit is the 50% paid at checkout. For Landing Page and Business Website, which are paid in full, the deposit is half the build price.
• The domain and launch fee is not refunded once your domain has been bought.
• After launch the build is delivered and is not refunded.
• The consult is refunded in full if you cancel before it is held, and not after.
• Refunds go back the way you paid: to your card, or as USDC to the wallet that paid.

Your domain

You choose one of two ways when we start:

• Buy it. We purchase the domain for you and transfer it into your name. It is yours, with the logins.
• Rent it. We register the domain and hold it for you, and it points at your site for as long as you rent it.

The US$100 fee covers a standard domain for its first year. A name that costs more to buy, such as a premium domain, costs what the registrar charges for it, and we tell you the price before we buy it. After the first year you pay the yearly renewal at whatever the registrar charges.

After launch

Hosting and upkeep after launch are agreed with you separately and are not part of the package price.

Paid downloads

Fetelabs Task Bar is open source under the GNU GPL. Your payment buys the packaged download; the GPL governs the software itself.
